New Albany Craft Beer Week
May 29-June 4
The inaugural New Albany Craft Beer Week is currently underway with a variety of events scheduled to celebrate small, independent brewers and to showcase the different venues in New Albany who serve craft beer, including a beer dinner at Gospel Bird and a Monty Python night at Floyd County Brewing,
The event is capped off with the 11th Annual Keg Liquors Fest of Ale which will be held on June 4 from 3-7 pm at the New Albany Riverfront Amphitheater. There will be over 100 breweries in attendance with more than 250 beers to sample. Tickets cost $40 and can be purchased here.

The Flea Off Market
June 3-5 | 1007 E Jefferson St
Not exclusively a food event, there are over 200 vendors here selling their wares. This includes a lot of killer food trucks, cocktails, and local beers. Grab a drink, do some shopping, and support local artists and businesses all the same time. More information here.
Kentiki
June 3 | 8pm-12am | Copper & Kings
Presented by The Ohio River Surf Club, this tiki party features a surf rock band, tiki cocktails made with Copper & Kings brandy, and food. Guests are encouraged to dress the part- think hula skirts, Hawaiian shirts, cutoffs, bikinis, and flip flops.

Taste of Italy Wine Dinner

Flat 12 Cucumber Kolsch Tapping
June 8 | 3:00-10:00 pm | Flat 12 Bierworks Jefferonsville Taproom
Flat 12 will be tapping their summer seasonal, a refreshing cucumber-infused Kolsch, on June 8. In addition to the beer, there will be cucumber inspired food options.
Beats and Eats: Maori New Year
June 9 | 10:30 pm-1:00 am | Decca
Decca’s New Year themed pop-up series continues this month with a celebration of Matariki, the New Year celebration of the indigenous Maori people of New Zealand. Chef Annie Pettry will have some New Zealand inspired dishes in the $10 range and there will be cocktail specials and music from various DJs.
Jeffersontown Summer Craft Beer Fest
June 11 | 2:00pm-6:00pm | The Chamber Jeffersontown
In its second year, the Jeffersontown Craft Beer Fest will feature over 50 beers, including some from J-town’s newest brewery, 3rd Turn Brewing. In addition to beer there will also be local wine, food trucks, and live music. Tickets are $35 in advance or $45 at the gate. More information can be found here.
Beginner Sushi Class

Want to make your own sushi but don’t know where to start? This beginner class will teach you how to make the perfect sushi rice and the most popular sauces and tell you where to buy the supplies and how to safely serve raw fish at home. The class costs $40 and you can register here.
The Goat Bourbon Dinner Series
June 13 | 6:30pm | The Goat Louisville
The Goat is kicking off their new bourbon dinner series this month with a prohibition themed event. Chef Andrew Welenken and a bourbon expert will collaborate on a four course dinner, each course being paired with a different bourbon. Tickets are $70 per person and can be purchased here.
Kentucky Bourbon Affair
June 14-19
For six days this month you have the opportunity to go behind the scenes of Kentucky’s bourbon industry. Don’t miss out on private barrel selections, rare tastings, and bourbon dinners (to name a few of the events) with Master Distillers and Bourbon Barons from a variety of distilleries. Sunday Supper
June 26 | 6pm-9pm | Yew Dell Botanical Gardens
For the sixth year, Yew Dell Botanical Gardens in Crestwood will be hosting a farm to table dinner. Fresh farm fare prepared by Mayan Cafe and Wiltshire Pantry will be served in a beautiful summer setting. Entertainment will provided DODeelite. Tickets are $100 for members/$120 for non-members and can be purchased here.
Taste of 21c Dinner
June 30 | 6:30pm| Proof on Main
In honor of 21c Louisville and Proof on Main’s tenth anniversary, the restaurant has invited chefs from each 21c hotel to cook at Proof on Main. June’s guest chef is Matthew McClure, James Beard Award semifinalist of The Hive at 21c Bentonville. Following a cocktail hour a family style dinner that mixes the flavors of Kentucky and Arkansas will be served.
